Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 July 2026

These Terms apply when you visit the ORBITxi website, book a Navigation Call, complete onboarding or use ORBITxi services.

By using ORBITxi, you agree to these Terms.

2. What ORBITxi provides

ORBITxi may provide reviewed setup, onboarding, CRM, automation, AI readiness, GHL / HighLevel setup support, Mission Control review, provisioning package preparation, QA and handoff support. The exact scope depends on the offer, setup path, written approval and any separate agreement or statement of work.

3. The Proof Library

The ORBITxi Proof Library is a visual library of example screens. The screenshots are illustrative — they are not a fixed feature menu, not a promise that every example will be built for your account, and not a guarantee of any specific business outcome.

4. Navigation Calls

A Navigation Call is a short, no-obligation conversation to understand your business and identify what could matter most first. Booking a Navigation Call does not create an account, purchase, subscription or service commitment.

5. Reviewed setup, not instant provisioning

ORBITxi setup is reviewed and is not instant or fully automated. ORBITxi may need to review your information, request missing details, check third-party platform readiness, prepare a GHL Ops packet, run QA and obtain additional approvals before account creation, enrichment, activation or handoff.

6. No guarantees

ORBITxi does not guarantee:

  • GHL / HighLevel account approval;
  • instant setup;
  • channel activation;
  • deliverability;
  • bookings;
  • leads;
  • revenue;
  • AI accuracy;
  • ad performance;
  • platform approval;
  • uninterrupted service;
  • specific timelines unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Third-party platforms

ORBITxi may depend on third-party platforms such as GHL / HighLevel, Google, Meta, Stripe, Paystack, OpenAI, email providers and other tools. Third-party platforms have their own terms, fees, limits, approval requirements, outages, review processes, data rules and offboarding limits. ORBITxi is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, outages, policy changes, account restrictions or service limitations.

8. Your responsibilities

  • provide accurate and authorised information;
  • only submit information you are allowed to share;
  • review your setup package, approvals and handoff details carefully;
  • not submit passwords, API keys, recovery codes, private keys, payment card details, health data, children's data or highly sensitive information unless ORBITxi specifically requests it through an approved secure process;
  • comply with laws, platform rules, advertising policies, privacy laws, messaging rules and industry obligations that apply to your business;
  • obtain any customer/client consents needed for your own data, campaigns, messages, uploads or connected systems.

9. AI and automation

AI and automation features may support review, structuring, QA, content preparation, workflows or operational assistance. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable without human review. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before relying on them externally.

10. Intellectual property

ORBITxi retains ownership of its reusable systems, methods, templates, workflows, prompts, frameworks, designs, playbooks, documentation, internal tools and operating methods. You retain ownership of your business information and client/customer data, subject to any rights ORBITxi needs to provide the service.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use ORBITxi services to:

  • break laws or platform rules;
  • send spam or unlawful messages;
  • misuse customer data;
  • upload data you are not authorised to use;
  • infringe intellectual property rights;
  • make misleading, unlawful or harmful claims;
  • attempt to bypass security, review, approval or payment gates.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORBITxi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or lost-profit damages. ORBITxi is not liable for third-party platform decisions, outages, policy enforcement, account restrictions, deliverability issues, AI inaccuracies, ad results or business outcomes.

13. Changes

ORBITxi may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.

14. Governing law

These Terms should be interpreted under the laws applicable to ORBITxi's operating jurisdiction unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
