When you use ORBITxi, we may collect:
- your name, email address, contact details, business name, and business information;
- booking, calendar, and Navigation Call information you submit through our booking widget;
- onboarding answers about your business, services, contacts, booking process, messaging preferences, AI readiness, channels, and setup requirements;
- generated setup, provisioning, review, QA, and handoff information created from your onboarding answers;
- internal reviewer notes, approval status, setup blockers, handoff artifacts, and selected setup/snapshot context;
- GHL / HighLevel location identifiers, setup status, enrichment status, and handoff status if ORBITxi creates or supports a GHL location for you;
- technical information such as device, browser, IP address, page activity, form activity, cookies, marketing attribution (UTM) parameters and security logs.

- keep records for billing, legal, compliance, audit, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, service improvement, and operational purposes.
4. Reviewed setup, not instant activation
ORBITxi does not promise instant provisioning or fully automated activation. Your setup may require human review, missing-information checks, third-party platform checks, manual QA, and additional approval before activation or handoff.
5. Tools and service providers
We may use third-party services to operate our website, booking, onboarding, review, support and setup processes, including:
- GHL / HighLevel for CRM, calendars, booking widgets, forms and messaging;
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) for site analytics;
- Meta (Pixel) for marketing measurement;
- Stripe or Paystack for payments where used;
- OpenAI or similar AI tools where used to support review, structuring, QA and package generation;
- email providers for transactional, support or marketing messages.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies for the site to work, and โ with your consent โ non-essential cookies and pixels (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GHL tracking) to measure marketing performance. You can accept or decline non-essential tracking using the banner shown on first visit. Declining does not disable essential site features or our booking widget.

Unless you give separate written approval, ORBITxi will not use your onboarding answers, generated provisioning packages, internal reviewer notes, or handoff artifacts for public examples, model training, reusable demos or marketing proof.
8. Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, API keys, recovery codes, private keys, payment card details, health data, children's data or highly sensitive information unless ORBITxi specifically asks for it through an approved secure process.
9. Retention
We keep booking, setup, entitlement, onboarding, review, support, billing, security and handoff records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, support the account, meet legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security and keep an audit trail.
10. Export, correction and deletion
You may ask ORBITxi for access, correction, export or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Requests may be subject to identity verification, legal retention duties, billing/audit records, security logs, internal notes, dispute records, backups and third-party platform limits.
11. Marketing messages
Transactional booking and account messages may still be sent where needed to deliver the service. Marketing messages are treated separately and you may opt out where required or available.
12. Security
ORBITxi uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect account and setup information. No system is perfectly secure and ORBITxi does not guarantee absolute security.
